Megan has an extensive background in hotel management and has held various roles across sales, marketing, revenue, distribution, loyalty and  guest experience in Australia and overseas.  

Most recently working for Accor Hotels where she was responsible for commercial leadership and strategy across the Australian managed hotel portfolio.  Her experience has been focused on driving optimal business performance through revenue growth with strong customer relationship management.  

Megan's passion for purpose driven businesses has seen her shift into the profit with purpose environment where she is leading our commercial operations, working with businesses to help them take action and accelerate their ESG efforts.
